All products offered and sold by MicroAmino are supplied strictly as research chemicals for laboratory research use only. They are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory experimentation and research conducted by qualified researchers and licensed professionals in an appropriate controlled setting.

The products sold on this site are NOT drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for safety or efficacy. They are NOT intended for, and must not be used for, human or veterinary use of any kind — including consumption, ingestion, inhalation, injection, topical application, or any other form of administration. They are not intended for any diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, curative, or clinical purpose.

Any information provided by MicroAmino — including product descriptions and references to published scientific literature — is offered strictly for informational and educational purposes to support legitimate laboratory research. Where research literature is referenced, it describes only the contexts in which a compound has been studied or investigated by third parties; it does not describe an intended use of the product being sold and must not be interpreted as any representation that a product is safe, effective, or appropriate for any use in humans or animals.

By purchasing from MicroAmino, the buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher or licensed professional acquiring these materials strictly for lawful laboratory research, and that they will not administer these materials to humans or animals or resell or distribute them for such use. The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and lawful disposition of all materials, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws.

No Medical Claims — Not For Human Consumption

MicroAmino products are research chemicals intended for laboratory research use only. Nothing stated by MicroAmino — on this website, in product descriptions, in marketing materials, or in any communication — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or health condition, or to affect the structure or function of the body of any human or animal.

No statement made by MicroAmino has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No product is offered as a drug, supplement, food, or medical device, and no medical, therapeutic, or dosing guidance is provided or implied. These materials must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, or otherwise administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.

Eligibility & Age (21+)

To enter this site and place an order, you must confirm that all of the following are true:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, or a licensed clinic or laboratory professional, purchasing strictly for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research.
• You will handle, store, and use these materials only in an appropriate controlled research setting by trained personnel.
• You will not administer these materials to humans or animals, or resell them for human or veterinary use.
• You have read and agree to these policies and understand that no medical, therapeutic, or dosing claims are made or implied.

NPI Verification Policy

To support responsible distribution of research materials, MicroAmino may request a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, institutional affiliation, or other professional credentials as a condition of purchase. Where an NPI or other credential is provided, MicroAmino reserves the right to independently verify it against public registries (such as the NPPES NPI Registry) and other lawful sources before any order is accepted or fulfilled.

Verification is performed solely to confirm eligibility to purchase research-use-only materials. Providing an NPI or professional credential does not create any clinical, medical, or prescriber relationship, does not constitute a prescription, and in no way implies that any product is intended for or approved for human or veterinary use.

MicroAmino may, at its sole discretion, delay, limit, decline, or cancel any order — in whole or in part — where credentials cannot be satisfactorily verified, where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where an order otherwise raises compliance concerns. Where an order is declined for verification reasons, any authorized payment will be released or refunded.

Terms of Sale

• Eligibility. Purchasers must be 21+ and qualified researchers or licensed clinic/laboratory professionals. Placing an order confirms these facts and agreement to these Terms.
• Research use only. All products are sold strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory research; not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration.
• No medical claims. References to research literature describe only what compounds have been studied for, not intended uses of the products sold.
• Verification. MicroAmino may request and independently verify credentials, including an NPI, and may delay, limit, decline, or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be verified.
• Buyer responsibility. The buyer assumes full responsibility for lawful, safe handling, storage, use, and disposal, and for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional protocols.
• Prohibited use. Administering these materials to humans or animals, or reselling them for such use, is strictly prohibited and voids all warranties.
• Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroAmino is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use, misuse, or handling of its products after delivery. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes.
• Pricing & availability. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be declined at MicroAmino's sole discretion.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MicroAmino is organized and maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

Introductory Credit & Clinic Pricing

• The offer. A new MicroAmino account whose first order reaches a product subtotal of $5,000 USD or more receives a $1,001 account credit, applied to that account's next order. The credit is not applied to the qualifying order itself.
• Qualifying subtotal. The $5,000 threshold is calculated on product subtotal only — excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and any adjustments — and after any clinic or volume pricing is applied. Returned, cancelled, or unpaid items are deducted; if the subtotal falls below $5,000 the credit is void or reversed.
• Eligibility. New accounts only, one credit per account, organization, clinic, and billing entity. Accounts must complete credential verification (including NPI where applicable) under the NPI Verification Policy. Not available to accounts created to circumvent this limit.
• Redemption. The credit is applied by the office to the account's next order; no code is required. It has no cash value, is not transferable or assignable, cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded, and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Expiration. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the credit expires 12 months from the date it is issued.
• Combinability. The credit may not be combined with other promotional offers. It may be used alongside standard clinic or volume pricing unless stated otherwise.
• Clinic pricing. Special pricing for qualified clinics is offered at MicroAmino's discretion following credential verification, is confirmed in writing by the office, is specific to the account, and is confidential. Catalog prices are per-unit references for research budgeting and are not an offer to sell.
• No change to product terms. Pricing and credits do not alter the research-use-only nature of the products, the no-medical-claims position, or any obligation in these Terms.
• Amendment. MicroAmino may amend, suspend, or withdraw the introductory credit or any pricing program at any time. Orders already placed under a confirmed offer are honored.

Privacy

• What we collect. Contact and account details, order and payment preferences, and any professional credentials you provide (such as an NPI or institutional affiliation) used to confirm eligibility.
• How we use it. To process and fulfill orders, verify eligibility, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and compliance obligations.
• Verification. Credentials you provide may be checked against public registries and other lawful sources solely to confirm eligibility.
• Sharing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment, shipping, verification) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
• Payment security. Payment details are handled by secure third-party processors. Sensitive payment data is never requested by email and should never be sent to us in plain text.
• Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law. Contact office@microamino.com.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed only after eligibility and any requested credentials have been confirmed; verification may add time before an order ships. All materials are shipped as research chemicals for laboratory research use only, labeled accordingly, and packaged for safe transport.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that receipt, importation, possession, and use of these materials are lawful in their jurisdiction and to provide accurate shipping details. MicroAmino is not responsible for orders refused, delayed, seized, or restricted by customs or other authorities, or for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final and products cannot be accepted for return, exchange, or resale once shipped. If an order arrives with verified shipping damage or an error attributable to MicroAmino, notify office@microamino.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and documentation, and we will review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued for orders declined at the verification stage.
