Products are sold to my organization for use within it. I will not resell, relabel or redistribute them to consumers or to unlicensed parties, and I will not list them for sale on any consumer marketplace or website.

I will store and handle products as labeled, including refrigeration where stated, and keep the certificate of analysis and lot information supplied with each order. I understand products are supplied without any representation about their suitability for a particular protocol beyond what is printed on the label and certificate of analysis.

Nothing in MicroAmino's catalog, website or communications is medical advice or a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease. Decisions about how a product is used are made by me and my organization under our own professional and regulatory obligations.

Orders submitted through this portal are requests until MicroAmino confirms them. Published prices are subject to change; volume breaks are resolved per product format on the confirmed order; quantities beyond the published ladder are quoted. Shipping, taxes and any private-label or custom-production charges are quoted separately.

My organization holds the pharmacy license(s) provided and will handle these products only as permitted by those licenses and by federal and state law.

Products are purchased for in-vitro or laboratory research at the institution named in this application, under its oversight and applicable institutional review. They will not be administered to humans or to animals outside an approved protocol.

My organization holds the wholesale or distribution licenses required in the jurisdictions where it operates, and will supply only to buyers qualified to receive these products.
